Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Skylitech Solution's apps for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Skylitech at any time.
We offer a 7-day, 10-day free trial or more (as requested by customer) for new users. After the trial period, continued access to our services requires a paid subscription. Subscription charges will be billed automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
Subscription fees for our SaaS services are processed by third-party payment processors: Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record for the WooCommerce plugin sold via skylitech.com; Stripe is the Merchant of Record for our BigCommerce and Shopify apps. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the fees to your payment method on the recurring billing cycle you selected. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, from the customer portal link in your welcome email or invoices, or by emailing support@skylitech.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access through the end of that period.
For refund eligibility, please see our full Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary: we offer a full refund of the most recent charge within 14 days if you are not satisfied, no questions asked. Prior renewal charges and one-time development fees are non-refundable.
Fraud: Without limiting other remedies, Lead Kings LLC may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity in connection with our services.
Lead Kings LLC charges in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual, per the plan you selected). All subscriptions renew automatically on their renewal date unless canceled per Section 5. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@skylitech.com or through the customer portal.
The materials on Skylitech's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Skylitech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Skylitech shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our website or services.
The materials appearing on Skylitech's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Skylitech does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
